BOOKING / CANCELLATION POLICY
We’ll require a deposit equal to 50% of the expected charge for your services, due at the time of booking. If you must cancel your appointment, please do so more than 24 hours before your appointment time, and your deposit will be fully refunded. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or you are a no show, your deposit will not be returned (unless you are canceling because you or a household member are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms).
